eSupport is a secure login platform where our clients can log in to create tickets or job cards concerning any problems, difficulties or production related tasks on their services. It is an extremely user friendly system that keeps the client in contact with PMT and keeps record of logs until its completion.

Phone

Direct fixed-line, primary as well as secondary mobile phone support numbers and fax numbers are available 24/7 to support your business. Support staff work on rotational base to have a primary and secondary support person on duty in case of system emergencies.

Project Management

PMT uses JIRA, a product developed by Atlassian, commonly used for bug tracking, issue tracking, and project management. It lets you prioritise, assign, track, report and audit your “issues”, from software bugs and helpdesk tickets to project tasks and change requests.
